GLP-1 Weight Loss
(with insurance coverage)
If your insurance covers Ozempic or Wegovy for weight loss, I charge $50 per month. This includes a visit, appropriate prescriptions to be sent to your preferred pharmacy, completion of prior authorization, access to a body composition scanner, and weekly recipes and workouts.
(without insurance coverage)
If you do NOT have insurance coverage for these medications, I currently offer a monthly plan that includes compounded semaglutide. The most popular of all available services is the $325 per month plan. This includes everything mentioned above AND compounded semaglutide+B12. The medications are shipped directly to your door! This price does not change based on your dose.
(Maintenance)
I am now offering a maintenance plan for clients who have reached their goals and are either ready to start their journey of titrating off of semaglutide, or for those who have reached their weight loss goals, but find that they require a low dose of semaglutide to support appetite suppression long term. This plan is $50 per month and you only pay for semaglutide when you need it. Vials are $350.

If your insurance covers Mounjaro or Zepbound for weight loss, I charge $50 a month. This includes a visit, appropriate prescriptions to be sent to your preferred pharmacy, completion of prior authorization, access to a body composition scanner, and weekly recipes and workouts.
(Without Insurance Coverage)
This is a monthly investment that includes all tirzepatide and includes access to Milton, a texting app that provides macro tracking, recipes, and workouts
Milton is an incredible app that's like having a team of nutritionists in your pocket - it can help with tracking progress, calculating macronutrients, shopping lists, and even give meal ideas that help you stay on track for your goals.

Initial consult and labs: $300 Labs are typically drawn at your initial visit and 4 weeks post pellet insertion.
Pellets: $775 Pellets are inserted approximately every 5 months.

Functional Lab Panels
Not sure what is causing your symptoms? Let’s do a functional medicine lab panel to give us a good look at you as a whole, not just bits and parts. We will do a comprehensive history and exam, collect labs and develop a plan.

SLIT is designed to desensitize the body's immune system to specific allergens, ultimately reducing allergic reactions and symptoms. This treatment includes all visits, labs, and medications for 1 year.
