Without insurance coverage: $325/month (includes everything above PLUS compounded semaglutide+B12 shipped to your door)
Maintenance plan: $50/month (for those at goal weight, vials $350 as needed)

Tirzepatide Programs:

With insurance coverage: $50/month (includes visits, prescriptions, prior authorization, body composition scanning, weekly recipes and workouts)
Without insurance coverage: $499/month (includes all medication plus access to Milton app for macro tracking, recipes, and workouts)

Functional Lab Panel: $299 (comprehensive evaluation when symptoms are unclear)
SLIT (Sublingual Immunotherapy): $1,499/year (includes all visits, labs, and medications). $999 each additional year until treatment is completed.
